About the Core

The Genomics Core provides state-of-the-art genomic services to support basic and translational research for the Bay Area research community. We strive to enable access to cost-effective, custom genomic analyses, as a functional extension of your lab.

 

Services

  • Single cell genomics (10x & Parse)
  • Spatial transcriptomics (10x)
  • Bulk cell library preparation for Illumina and PacBio sequencing
  • Quality control of nucleic acid samples with Bioanalyzer and Qubit
  • NGS library quantification with qPCR
  • Illumina NextSeq 2000 sequencing
  • Covaris S2 sonicator available for use by researchers at Gladstone and UCSF
